My Method
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Virginia. I provide quality mental health care, virtually, from my home to yours. I utilize a holistic, integrative, and humanistic approach in my practice of therapy with a strong Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) base.
About
I grew up locally, in Herndon, VA. After graduating from Herndon High School, I attended James Madison University for Psychology and Business. I worked in the IT field, for more than a decade, post college. I then felt called to help other people in a more direct way so I decided to pursue a career in counseling. I obtained a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology - Licensed Professional Counselor Track from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC in May of 2013.
