My Approach

I believe that counseling is a collaborative practice. I will work with you to explore and get to know who you are; what you want to change about yourself, your relationships, or your current circumstances; and how you can get from where you are now to where you want to be. I will provide you with coping skills, healthier ways of viewing life, and invaluable guidance. I enjoy working with clients experiencing symptoms like: feeling worried or anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in life; experiencing low mood, sadness, lack of motivation, frustration, anger, and/or fatigue; struggling to manage expectations of working and caring for their children; low self-esteem, body image concerns, and unhappy in their relationships or careers.
